Having worked in the insurance industry for over 14 years, I have built up considerable experience with many types of insurance including Standard and Specialist Home Insurance, Landlords Insurance, High Value Home Insurance and Tradesman Insurance and Storage Insurance. This Experience has led me into my current role at Store Insure/GM Insurance where I am an account handler which means I look after our customers in terms of their journey from setting up their policy, troubleshooting, giving advice and making insurance easy for you to understand.
Insurance has been a passion of mine for many years, mainly because of its complexity and the challenge of getting the right insurance for the right price based on the needs of the customer and along with my ongoing training with the CII - to which I am CII Qualified and have been for over 10 years – means that the challenges are made easier given the range of expertise and experience I have within the industry.
When I’m not in the office, my spare time is used by spending time with my Son, Socialising with my friends and attending football matches at Exeter City, where I’ve been a season ticket holder for well over 30 years, so you could say that’s my other passion!
