As someone with ADHD I can really struggle with details and understanding information, but using Store Insure is incredibly easy to understand. All the information they request is clearly explained right on their website so you don't have to wait in long queues to speak to someone on the phone. Even better all documents needed are available right in your account, which was a blessing after trying to chase around for a letter I needed at my old insurance company. Absolutely brilliant company for accessibility. I have just renewed my policy.

Very easy to get a quote and very reasonably priced for 12 months cover. Was easy to purchase and pat for the policy and all documents were available for me to download immediately. Great peace of mind. Would recommend to anyone wanting insure items they have in storage.

I needed to insure household belongings in storage and Store Insure made the whole process clear and straightforward. The premium was very reasonable - i.e. considerably less than the premium of the storage company's insurer and I was sent a timely reminder of renewal dates. I cannot comment on the claims procedure as luckily I didn't have to make a claim.

I have just taken out a new policy online with Store Insure. The website is very easy to use and the details of the policy coverage are clear. Store Insure's prices are much more competitive than the storage company's own insurance. Everything was done and my insurance policy schedule confirmed in a few minutes. Fortunately I have never had a claim, but I would recommend on the basis of my experience so far.

Advice - don't ever buy the storage company's insurance. UK Storage wanted £7pw, Store Insure is just over £7 pm! Couldn't believe it and had to confirm with Live Chat on their website that the premium quoted was for the whole 3 months!
